Terms of Service:
How I manage business + Things I'll agree to do, and things I won't do.
Regarding how commissions are handled:
- Do not use my public work or any piece delivered for AI.
- Only contact me via Discord (Username: trepanningbugs)
- I won't work with minors.
- I have the right to agree or deny any request, regardless of it not falling outside the list of things I won't draw.
- Work has to be paid upfront once we agree on all the details.
- Prices are fluid and the numbers listed are the lowest possible for each type of commission.
- My turnaround time fluctuates between a single week and an entire month depending on complexity should nothing get in the way. If you need a piece completed before a deadline, please ask. Price will be affected by this.
- Prices listed assume the piece will be used for non-commercial, personal use only. Please be transparent about how the commissioned piece will be used once delivered. Commercial use will affect the price, I'm open to negotiation.
- If I don't contact you with progress after a month of accepting your request and taking payment, I'll be open to refund you.
Things I'll draw:
- SFW or NSFW is OK.
- Character from established IPs are OK.
- Original Characters are OK (Please provide as much reference as possible).
- Anonymous/Faceless characters are OK
- Your own self-insert OCs are OK.
- Self-insert OCs that don't belong to you are generally OK (Person represented must be over 18, even if the piece isn't meant to be erotic/NSFW).
- Self-insert OCs that belong to influencers are also generally OK (Same limitation as the previous point).
- Furry Characters are OK.
- I'm OK with portraying all sexual orientations with my work.
- For NSFW: I'm open to drawing pieces appealing to specific kinks that may be seen as extreme, make sure to ask if I'm ok with it.
Things I won't draw:
- I won't draw real people.
- Any request asking to draw anything that could be perceived as hateful and targeted to real people will not be accepted.
- Won't draw any direct reference to a political entity, movement, party, etc.
- I will not come up with dialogue. You'll have to provide it yourself.
- For NSFW: I will not take any request that involves Scat or Farts.
