Terms of Use

These terms provide a general idea of how I handle business regarding commissions, from payment, to what things I'll do / Will not do, etc.

Do not use my work to train generative AI, nor use for AI inpainting/outpainting.
I'll ask for payment after we agree on a rough sketch to get a good idea of layout, pose, etc. I may not be inclined to make radical edits beyond this point, so only accept when you're sure the sketch reflects what you have in mind.
Don't be shy to point out issues or missing details during progress reports.

My turnaround time is around 1 week to a month depending on the complexity of the job. I accept multiple commissions at once so things can take a long time. Should things really stagnate, don't be shy to ask me to clarify the situation and/or to show current progress.
- If you need a job finished before a certain deadline, please specify when requesting.
- Should I fail to finish the requested piece before the deadline or before a month passes, I'll be open to refund you.
  - Bear in mind that I will not finish the piece if we go through with a refund.

Things I'll draw:

SFW and NSFW is OK.
Fictional characters from all sorts of visual media are OK.
Original Characters are OK (Please provide all the reference material you can gather!).
Self-Insert OCs are OK.
Design work (Helping create OCs, outfits, etc.) is OK.
All sexual orientations are OK.
Anonymous/Faceless characters are OK.

Things I won't draw:
